Acceptance

By downloading or using ShiftSleeper, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Not medical advice

ShiftSleeper provides sleep planning and circadian-rhythm guidance based on published research. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician. If you have a sleep disorder, a cardiovascular condition, or any concern about your shift schedule's effect on your health, talk to your doctor.

Subscriptions

ShiftSleeper Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription processed through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

A free trial, when offered, converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime purchase

The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase granting access to the current Pro feature set for as long as the app is published and your Apple ID retains the entitlement. We may introduce future features that are not part of the Lifetime tier; we'll always be clear when that's the case.

Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, attempt to circumvent in-app purchases, or use the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't promise any specific health outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftSleeper and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged in-app before they take effect.
